Coin laundry facilities are located approximately 20 minutes away from Carol's Cozy Cottages.

   

Important Reservation Information

  • A $200 security deposit* is required for each week's rental (payable by personal check, Visa or MasterCard.)

  • Until the required security deposit is received, a cottage is still available for rental to another party.

  • During peak season, rentals are weekly from 3:00 pm Saturday to 11:00 am the following Saturday.

  • We reserve the right to require a three to five day minimum reservation at other times of the season including but not limited to holidays.

  • Check-in time:  3:00 pm

  • Check-out time:  11:00 am

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Amounts quoted are in US $.
 * Please see our Terms page for information about receiving a refund of the security deposit.

  

Cancellation Policy
  • A thirty (30) day notice is required for all reservation changes and cancellations.

  • Deposits are not refundable less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

  • No refund is given for late arrivals or early departures.
